What will you do:

• Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, recruitment needs and expectations
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for different industries
• Create engaging job advertisements and select the most appropriate sourcing strategy for each position
• Source and attract candidates through our ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, career events and other recruitment channels
• Conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
• Assess candidates using ManpowerGroup’s recruitment methodology and tools
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process
• Provide candidates with guidance regarding career opportunities, employment conditions and salary expectations
• Maintain close communication with clients and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
• Identify opportunities to further develop relationships with existing and potential clients
• Work towards individual and team targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Team players, with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and creating positive experiences for clients and candidates.
