About the Role

AKMON S.A  IT Department is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist to join our team and help manage, secure, and improve our infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity environment.

Position Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the MIS / IT Manager, this role combines independent ownership of assigned infrastructure and cybersecurity responsibilities with close day-to-day collaboration on operational support, technical projects, security initiatives, and technology improvements.

Responsibilities include the administration and continual improvement of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, security, backup, and disaster recovery environments, while contributing to cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization projects, and Tier 2/3 technical support activities.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years experience in infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, or similar IT roles.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational security controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with WatchGuard, Hyper-V, security hardening, vulnerability management, ERP systems, manufacturing environments, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-171.
