Job Brief and Purpose

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the Bar’s operation to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of Akau restaurant’s menu and its concepts, you will carry out duties as directed by your managers, with a professional approach towards our guests and other employees.

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly 
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working - Latte art
• Physically fit as the job involves manual labour over long hours
• Excellent English language skills
• Previous experience in busy environment high end restaurants
