With over 30 years of experience in the wellness and hospitality industry, the company continues to expand and is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and support business growth.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy across multiple business areas, including spa project development, spa operations, brand partnerships, and retail.
This role requires a professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s marketing and brand strategy
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across online channels
- Organize and support marketing events and B2B activations in Greece, Cyprus and international markets
- Monitor market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Sales, Operations) to ensure consistent brand communication
- Create and manage marketing materials, presentations and digital content across platforms
