Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverage orders consistently
• Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee, beverages, and menu offerings
• Ensure the bar and coffee station are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
• Handle guest inquiries and make recommendations when needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Passion for hospitality, coffee, and delivering a high-quality guest experience
