Job Description

As a Hotel Representative, you will be the main point of contact for Sunweb guests, ensuring a high-quality holiday experience and smooth communication between guests and hotel services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests at the hotel
• Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handling guest requests, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Collecting guest feedback and reporting accordingly
• Cooperating closely with hotel departments and Tour Operator teams

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role (Hotel Representative / Tourism / Hospitality)
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and team spirit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment
