Περιγραφή

Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a leading distributor of medical instruments providing advanced equipment solutions, an Account Manager based in East Thessaloniki.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting advanced medical equipment solutions to healthcare professionals. This role requires a commercially driven professional with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, including clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Promote and present the company’s portfolio of instruments and equipment solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and follow up on offers, tenders, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management through CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and professional events.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sector, e.g. ophthalmologists, dentists, and psychotherapists.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel when required
