IT Systems and Security Engineer in Drama, Greece

Scope

The IT Systems and Security Engineer implements and manages security protocols, maintains IT infrastructure in ways that ensure protection against cyber-attacks and oversees security procedures and trainings.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.
  • Proficiently oversee and manage SAP systems to ensure seamless administration, data integrity, and optimal functionality.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with security policies for endpoints.
  • Implement and manage security policies and compliance features.
  • Monitor for security threats and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Regularly audit and report on device compliance and security status within the organization.
  • Generate compliance and security reports to ensure that the organization meets regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures.
  • Involved in power-app implementation.
  • Create training materials for end users and IT staff.
  • Support website and administration procedures.
  • Participation in Security Projects (ISO27001, GDPR etc)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required academic background, knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field is required. Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably as a Systems Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer.
  • Experience in building and maintaining security systems.
  • Advanced Knowledge of security protocols, IT systems, networking infrastructures and database systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to a non-technological audience.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel, Power Query, Pivot, Access.
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
