Have at least one year of experience as a Front Office Agent or in a similar position
Very good knowledge of English language written and spoken
Additional languages will be considered a plus
Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances with guests
Ability to make each guest feel unique, welcomed, and generally feel like ‘home’
Customer-service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
