As an English - Spanish Fashion & Retail Advisor, your daily routine will include to:
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers primarily by phone, as well as secondary channels, in English & Spanish
- Guide shoppers through their complete purchasing journey by answering product and inventory questions, and processing orders or payments accurately
- Resolve everyday customer issues and troubleshoot technical-based inquiries, escalating complex cases to 2nd-level support when needed
- Track and follow up on open cases from start to finish to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Document all information on customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures
