Company Description: Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is a dynamic and innovative resort committed to excellence and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated quality admin to uplevel the quality of our resort.
Job Role: Complete administration tasks required to maintain and develop systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activities throughout all departments (Housekeeping, Kitchen etc)
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards and report Non Conformities of processes or products
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor and log all complaints and feedback received
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills
- Desirable knowledge of ISO and HACCP
