For our client, a leading Irish food and convenience retailer, we are looking for Bakers.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience working as a baker or bakery assistant, as well as a confectioner/assistant
- Previous experience with food preparation, and bakery products (bread, pastry, cookies, sweet goods, etc.)
- HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
- Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you would be paying between €400 per month for a private room in the nearby area
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Baker role will be 630 € gross per week, 2.310 € net per month (32.760 € gross per year) on 45 hours per week
- Salary is paid weekly
Your duties will be: weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare the dough, baking different types of bakery products, shaping dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies, and sweet rolls, tracking food supplies, and placing orders, as needed
