• create in a daily manner invoices
• use daily excel
• organize and execute distribution plan in cooperation with factory departments for domestic and export markets
• create delivery dockets and arrange all the delivery procedures
• communicate with the customs
• complete all necessary related paperwork and reporting
• follow up on expeditions
• handling transportation claims
• keep systems updated at all times with accurate data

• degree from iek/tei/aei in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• very good command of the english language
• very good command of excel
• knowledge of sap will be considered an asset
• minimum 2-3 years in a relevant role
