Secondary: Central Athens (design office, 1–2 days/week)

Schedule: On-site, 09:00-17:00 & 10:00-18:00

About Castinggg

Castinggg is a fabrication studio specializing in cast acrylic resin works for contemporary art and design. We collaborate with artists, galleries, and designers to produce sculptural and functional objects through precise, hands-on making. We are a small, growing team that values clarity, care, and craft—both in our work and in how the studio operates.

About LOT / OoCI

LOT Office for Architecture and Objects of Common Interest are sibling studios working on architectural projects, installations, and spatial projects. They collaborate closely, combining architectural structure with material and design research.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Studio Administrator & Bookkeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site role based primarily at our Piraeus workshop, with 1–2 days per week working from our design office in central Athens.

The role combines operations management, bookkeeping, basic HR administration, inventory coordination, and facility oversight. Training in QuickBooks will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping (training in QuickBooks provided)

Manage invoices, delivery notes, expenses, payments (vendors & payroll)

Prepare and organize financial information for our external accountant

Support monthly and annual financial reporting

Studio Operations & Inventory

In collaboration with the team : track and manage  material inventory (resins, pigments, molds, consumables)

Coordinate with suppliers and service vendors

Maintain clear records of materials, orders, and deliveries

HR & Administration (Basic)

Ensure all employees have required safety forms

Maintain employee files and records

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Track basic scheduling and payroll-related updates

Space & Facility Oversight

Oversee studio maintenance, cleaning, and organization at both locations

Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and maintenance providers

Ensure the workshop and office operate safely, efficiently, and to a high standard


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα


Strong organizational and administrative skills

Willingness to learn QuickBooks (prior experience not required)

Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-oriented environment

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Clear communication skills

Experience in a workshop, studio, fabrication environment, or small business is a plus
