Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leader multinational company in pharmaceutical sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Junior Supply Chain Officer (One Year Contract)

Job Description

• Administrates the purchase orders
• Organizes and secures constant communication with the transportation company
• Stock reception administration
• Supports the Sales Department by ensuring communication on product availability
• Claims Management (claim solving, give feedback for the status of the claims to sales department, if necessary get in contact with the client)
• Participates on inventories whenever the case
• Checks the correct and timely invoicing of the vendors

Candidate Profile

• AEI/TEI/College graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Logistics
• Master Degree in Logistics would be an asset
• Experience in a similar position within a multinational company is a plus
• PC literacy (MS-Office, Outlook, Internet)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication) 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hard worker, committed to timelines and accuracy
