Main Responsibilities:
- Configuration and supporting Laptop/Desktop workstations, Windows 10/11 OS, M365 applications etc.
- Need to be flexible and professional to solve any issues that arise which will also require excellent communication skills.
- Advise the IT Manager on additional services which could be provided by either existing or new IT systems and technological advances.
- Ensure that all computer systems are working according to specific standards and provide immediate support to staff and guests as required.
- Develop a good understanding of the infrastructure.
- Perform systems backups and data recovery.
- Provide status reports, creating and keeping adequate documentation for follow-ups.
- Troubleshoot any problems with the hardware and network infrastructure.
