Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a global commercial company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

 

Customer Advocate Representative (code: S- 722:75959)

(One year Contract)

 

Job Description

·       Manages inbound and outbound calls

·       Keeps record of calls into the company’s database and follows escalation procedures to resolve customer issues

·       Assists with the retention and development of accounts by informing customers for special deals and service options

·       Manages the customer service lifecycle for key customer insight

              Works as a liaise between clients and Sales, Logistics and Finance department

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

·       Minimum five (5) years of experience in customer service position, ideally in medical sector

·       Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

·       Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel)

·       Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems will be an asset

·       Customer service orientation

·       Problem- solving ability
