Job Description
· Manages inbound and outbound calls
· Keeps record of calls into the company’s database and follows escalation procedures to resolve customer issues
· Assists with the retention and development of accounts by informing customers for special deals and service options
· Manages the customer service lifecycle for key customer insight
Works as a liaise between clients and Sales, Logistics and Finance department
