Validation Officer

LMW is seeking for a Validation Officer on behalf of a Greek pharmaceutical company located in the North-Western region of Athens. The company manufactures both sterile and non-sterile products and is focused on exports worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our production process and equipment meet the necessary quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Validate process systems and equipment, review and approve validation protocols, plans, and reports, review change control, execute Quality Risk Assessments (QRA)
• Analyze data and communicates results ensuring that quality standards comply with regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs
• Monitor changes in regulations and implement necessary changes
• Participate in audits and inspections
• Ensure all systems are operating according to necessary specifications
• Maintain knowledge of advancements in the field of validation
• Conduct validation training for staff

• 3+ years of related pharmaceutical experience in a cGMP environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of validation principles and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and understand regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with validation software
