Unique 5* Luxury Resort in Greece is seeking for an Executive Housekeeping Manager

Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki

Position Summary

The Executive Housekeeping Manager will have to manage and supervise all housekeeping employees and procedures with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction and recommend ways to solve all relevant problems. Will have to report to the Rooms Division Manager and to the Hotel Manager of Eagles Palace and Eagles Villas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily activities of housekeeping, linen and laundry department
• Assign regular and special duties for all employees, prepare schedules and predict needs
• Recruit and assist in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals when appropriate
• Prepare and monitor annual Housekeeping Budget, guest supplies, all cleaning supplies, uniform and linen inventory
• Design all housekeeping policies and procedures according to required standards and schedule all rotational duties for housekeeping employees
• Conduct quality inspections of all public areas and guest rooms; check out the laundry personnel to ensure its proper functioning
• Monitor and ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol
• Prepare reports for management information; ensure that company standards are met at all times
• Instill a calm, organized approach when interacting in stressful situations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position preferable within a 5* property in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of English language; ability to speak and understand German will be a plus
• Computer literacy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs
• Outstanding communication skills, strong leadership, stress management and organizational abilities
• Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
