LMW is seeking a highly motivated
Accident Management and Claims Handling Administrator on behalf of a leading leasing company.
Responsibilities- Closely monitor the initiation and conclusion of the repair of damaged cars in order to optimize driver experience
- Minimize the time and cost required for damages to be repaired
- Enter the clients' data and ensure that qualitative claim files are created
- Provide support and relevant information to drivers who experience accidents
- Monitor the actions taken by the partners, according to their SLA
- Endeavor to steer damage assessments to the preferred suppliers network
- Conclude theft and total loss cases within the agreed timeframe
- Closely monitor insurance claims in order to minimize outstanding claims
- Handle and resolve drivers complaints
- Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients requests are handled efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the LeasePlan’s General Rules and brand identity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in operations department of leasing company will be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of the insurance / automotive markets
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office
