Key Responsibilities for this
HR Assistant include:
- managing the process of hiring, departures, and internal movements by gathering necessary information and coordinating with stakeholders (employees, line managers, IT, external payroll providers, etc.)
- maintaining accurate and updated employee records
- handling HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts and letters
- overseeing the working schedule system, register leaves, and address any discrepancies
- liaising with relevant departments to manage the Employment Card and handle technical issues
- gathering payroll information and ensure readiness for payroll processing by collaborating closely with external providers and meeting deadlines
- verifying the accuracy of payroll-related data, including loans, voluntary pension contributions, overtime, night shifts, and leave types, and submit required files to payroll providers and local authorities (Ergani) promptly
- administering employee benefits programs, including medical and pension plans
- addressing employee inquiries related to benefits
