Are you an HR Assistant looking for your next steps in HR? Join a dynamic team as an HR Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing employee data, administering benefits, and ensuring smooth payroll operations. If you have a knack for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset, this is the perfect role for you.


Key Responsibilities for this HR Assistant include:
  • managing the process of hiring, departures, and internal movements by gathering necessary information and coordinating with stakeholders (employees, line managers, IT, external payroll providers, etc.)
  • maintaining accurate and updated employee records
  • handling HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts and letters
  • overseeing the working schedule system, register leaves, and address any discrepancies
  • liaising with relevant departments to manage the Employment Card and handle technical issues
  • gathering payroll information and ensure readiness for payroll processing by collaborating closely with external providers and meeting deadlines
  • verifying the accuracy of payroll-related data, including loans, voluntary pension contributions, overtime, night shifts, and leave types, and submit required files to payroll providers and local authorities (Ergani) promptly
  • administering employee benefits programs, including medical and pension plans
  • addressing employee inquiries related to benefits

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this HR Assistant position should have:

  • 1-2 years in HR or relevant experience
  • University/college degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll procedures, and factory shifts
  • Knowledge of PYLON HRM (Epsilon Net) will be considered a strong plus
