Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, the Spa Therapist is responsible for enlightening the guests on various body treatments, massage techniques, and spa services and for customising the massage treatments as per the guest’s requirements. The Spa Therapist reports to the Head Therapist.
As Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver spa treatments while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and high service standards in the spa in line with Mandarin Oriental procedures
- Attend meetings and trainings to maintain professional standards
- Recommend and upsell spa products and services to enhance guest experience
- Report equipment issues and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Assist in various spa operations, including front desk, retail, and relaxation areas
