Accounts Receivable Accountant (Ref. code: S-722/ 75489)

(One Year Initial Contract)

Job Description

·         Responsible for monitoring receivables in Public sector customers

·         Responsible for the processing of AR incoming payments and cheque workflow-Provide all documentation needed for the payments

·         Communication with public customers for the preparation of incoming postings through the analysis of collections and the withholdings amounts

·         Responsible of performing yearly balance reconciliations

·         Responsible for handling disputes-Gather information of  lost invoices and delivery notes  after balance reconciliation and communicating with customers for their proper payment

·         Responsible for reception and reconciliation of tax confirmations for 4% tax, from public sector

·         Responsible for customer database maintenance, in order to ensure accuracy in customer communication

Candidate Profile

·         University or Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance

·         Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience, ideally in a multinational environment

·         Fluency in English

·         Familiarity with ERP applications, ideally SAP

·         Very good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting principals

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel and PowerPoint
