Account Manager – B2B Sales | Hybrid Thessaloniki

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants their actions to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility to grow in their own way.

As this role supports international clients, we’re looking for professionals fluent in at least one of the following languages:

Turkish, Albanian, German, Italian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Romanian or Hebrew, along with excellent English communication skills.

📍 Full-time hybrid role based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Develop, own, and execute strategic business account plans to drive sales.
  • Expand product offerings and grow market share in assigned territories.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competition.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Turkish, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hebrew, Spanish, German, Italian, or Albanian.
  • Excellent command of English (required). Knowledge of Greek is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (experience with distribution channels is a plus).
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong persistence and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, create strategies, and close deals.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
