The Role
We are seeking to recruit for season 2026
passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in
alignment with all team members
Our Restaurant Manager is an extremely
valuable member of our team
He or she needs to become an extension of our
vision, be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize
them and deliver them to each member of his/her team
To be willing to represent The Rooster as our
team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise
together and be willing to provide a home away from home

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Serve as a role model.
- Have an eye for attention to details.
- Ability to train bar and restaurant staff with accountability and
professionalism.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles by
anticipating and addressing guests' service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Along with the F&B Manager, to handle all F&B day to day
operations within our budgeted guidelines.
- Design exceptional menus with our chefs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Team player, leader, solution oriented
- Experience in hospitality
- Cleanliness and hygiene expertise
- Familiar to work with software programs for daily programming and
daily reports
- Ability to coordinate effectively and motivate team members,
towards the achievement of important organizational goal
- Excelling in implementation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Internet and MS Office applications & restaurant
booking programs
- Fluent in English & Greek
