Face It skinbar located in the heart of Glyfada is looking for an Operating manager to be the heart and soul of our skinbar experience. At Face It, we believe in the power of self-care and rejuvenation. Our tranquil oasis provides a haven for clients seeking a luxurious escape from their busy lives. From advanced skincare therapies to luxurious body treatments, we offer a wide range of services designed to enhance our clients’ natural beauty and promote overall wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings and assist clients with their inquiries
- Collaborate with the beauty specialists to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Update client records and profiles
- Manage professional products and retail inventory
- Able to resolve issues/problems as required
- Overall day-to-day operation/control of the skinbar facility
- Usage of cash register / POS
- Very responsible with excellent time-management
- Direct and manage the team; be the main responsible person of the store
Requirements:
- Full-time job, 40 hours working week
- Knowledge of spa etiquette
- Experience in hospitality 2+ years
- Sales knowledge Knowledge of beauty Fluent English and Greek are required
