This is a beautiful, tranquil, family-owned island off the coast of Cornwall with award winning accommodation and food.The property includes : one 3 Rosettes awarded hotel hotel,one 1 Rosette hotel, one beach Bar Restaurant with 2 rosettes and one seaside restaurant (no rosettes but the food is equivalent to 2 rosettes).

Salary is £8.25 per hour gross. The tips are £1000 per person and they will be paid at the end of the season.
5 days/week – 2 days off; around 48-50 hours/week. Accommodation provided at a cost of £50 /week
