Imperial Tobacco Hellas is looking for a Brand Activation Coordinator!

As a Brand Activation Coordinator at Imperial Tobacco Hellas, your responsibilities will include:
  • Development of the marketing plan of the brands under competence (objectives, strategy, actions, means, budget, success kpis definition)
  • Manage the digital communication in collaboration with different agencies
  • Monitoring the execution of the annual plan
  • Post evaluation (sales uplift, market share, penetration, return on investment) of all different actions of the annual plans, learnings & actions definition
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of competitive markets, the brand performance, propose & implement corrective or developmental actions
  • Analyze and interpret consumer market research data and transform into recommendations & actions
  • Understand the target consumer and the main insights of the market
  • Ensure the monitoring and respect of the marketing A&P budget
  • Brief, development, monitoring & evaluation of communication plans
  • Manage packaging changes in alignment with internal stakeholders and procedures
  • Ensure the compliance of the below-the-line strategy to the brand strategy

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

In order for your profile to match this Brand Activation Coordinator at Imperial Tobacco Hellas you need to have the following skills:
  • Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing & digital activation (Preferably within an FMCG company)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Dynamic with excellent social skills
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set for driving innovation
  • Strong organization skills, high sense of responsibility, ready to take initiative, analytical mindset
  • Communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
  • Very strong organizational skills & able to operate dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel internationally
