Restaurant Supervisor

Anemelia Mykonos is a brand-new eclectic boutique hotel, featuring a Restaurant with Pool Bar, a modern cave Spa and 20 private pool suites with amazing sea and island views above Elia beach, Mykonos.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service
• Hands on during service – supervising the service sequence
• Playing a key role in the training, development and retention of the team
• Always aspire to up-sell additional products and services
• Always follow strict hygiene procedures (HACCP)
• Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Proven working experience of 4 years at a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant in a similar role
• Excellent command of Greek and English language
  (additional language will be considered an asset)
• Experience in food cost and pricing
• Knowledge of wines (WSSPC)
• Knowledge of POS, preferably (PYLON PMS, MS OFFICE)
• Lead the team by continuously training, guiding, motivation and supervision
• Guest friendly mentality
• Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
• Organized and detail oriented
• Knowledge of local area and suppliers (will be an asset)
