The responsibilities for this HR Generalist role are:
- Distributing essential reports to stations as mandated by Public Services.
- Compiling monthly personnel updates from various departments to electronically process payroll-related changes for both permanent and seasonal staff.
- Inputting and generating payroll.
- Transmitting payment instructions and accounting entries to the Directorate of Financial Services.
- Maintaining an organized record of payroll statements and statistical data.
- Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing the information system Ergani II and applying digital card technology.
- Keeping abreast of developments in labor legislation through continuous monitoring and information gathering.
- Engaging in effective communication with employees to provide clarifications on payroll-related matters.
