The job is full time and opening hours are Monday to Sunday (morning shifts).
Primary Tasks:
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
Requirements:
- Customer focus - retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (at least C1 level)
- Very good PC skills
- Enthusiastic, patient and ease at establishing contact over the phone
