AR Administrator

We are looking for a proactive AR Administrator to safeguard our client's company cash flow.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of customer accounts, from initial solvency checks and onboarding to active debt recovery.

The key responsibilities of this AR Administrator role are:

• Credit & Risk: Perform solvency checks on new customers, establish credit limits, and monitor ongoing credit exposure.
• Collections: Proactively chase outstanding debt, negotiate repayment plans, and manage legal procedures for defaulting accounts.
• Accounting: Manage SAP S/4HANA entries, reconcile bank and G/L accounts, and monitor bad debt reserves.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly AR aging reports and calculate KPIs such as DSO.

The qualifications are the below: 

• Finance related degree
• Open and fast to accept in applying and developing new processes and internal procedures.
• Behaves and opens in interpersonal relationships and confident to colleagues and superiors.
• Trustful, correct, and careful to act ethically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy for the situations of others who may be unable to make payments on time.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Good analytical skills: attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
• Strong Customer Focus
• Fluent in Greek and English
• 1+ years of experience
