Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Communicate with the customers regarding financial issues
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Manage agendas and submit timely reports as assigned
  • Document and file management
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • A prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Good knowledge in English (verbal & written)
  • Aptitude for customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
