As a Conference Μanager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Successfully organize conferences according to market needs and client needs
• Close business deals with suppliers for the conference hall and equipment
• Find sponsors and new opportunities to run the conferences effectively
• Contacting potential customers and presenting the idea to sponsors
• Prepare proposals and contracts for clients
• Set up a communication strategy for the best possible promotion and promotion of the conferences
• Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensur clear communication
• Conference support both online and live
• Market and competition research
• Outstanding PR and communication skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and exemplary attention to detail

In order for your profile to match the Conference Μanager position you need to have the following skills:

• University degree in PR/communications/marketing or similar field
• Experience in conference and event management
• Experience in handling multiple projects
• Excellent communication and writing skills (Greek and English)
• PC literate, proficient in MS Office

Skills: 

• Focus on details and ability to be both a self-starter and a team player
• Creative mind is a must, partnered with problem solving ability
• Exceptional verbal, writing and presentation development skills
