ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a dynamic Group of Companies, is seeking a candidate for the position of:
Senior Procurement & Facilities Engineer (6219/SPFE/ESS/GR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for technical equipment, maintenance-related materials, projects, and indirect spending
- Analyze CAPEX expenditures and drive cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
- Evaluate technical solutions based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and lifecycle performance
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, contracts, SLAs, and delivery terms.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and operational continuity
- Collaborate closely with Facilities Maintenance and business teams to define technical specifications and procurement requirements
- Participate in capital investment projects, equipment upgrades, and replacement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare procurement analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
