ICAP Employment Solutions, the largest HR Services provider in Greece, is seeking for a HR Client Relationship Consultant to join the company’s Client Management Department.
We are looking for an efficient individual who can support the key projects ICAP undertakes on behalf of its clients and will contribute to the growth of our customer base. The position requires an individual with a deep business understanding, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to show flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
Main aspects of the role include the following:
• Develop a good understanding of prospective clients and their industry.
• Conduct market research and use the CRM tool to identify sales opportunities
• Generate leads and attract new customers by using sales, business development and marketing techniques as well as networking
• Ability to present service specifications clearly and concisely
• Follow up on prospective customers and set up meetings
• Offer service solutions that meet partners’ needs and are mutually beneficial
• Provide after-sales support
• Handle clients’ questions and requests
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar
• Postgraduate Degree (HRM or MBA) from a well reputed academic institution will be highly appreciated
• Work experience 1-3 years in B2B Sales positions will be considered an asset
• Strong networking abilities
• Ability to work with sales and quality objectives
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Rapport building, share knowledge, and work well in a team.
• Excellent command of English language
