ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading private healthcare group in Greece, is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Athens.

Infrastructure Manager (6280/IM/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's overall IT infrastructure.
• Manage physical & virtual servers, storage, and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD environments.
• Manage backup, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Coordinate external vendors and participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents within a mission-critical environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Systems Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V and backup/DR solutions.
• Good knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
