Procurement Assistant | Travelling Department

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Assistant for the Travelling Department to join our team.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with the required travel-related services (e.g. travel agencies, airlines, hotels and transfers)
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (e.g. travel documents, booking flights, itineraries and vouchers)
• Provide support before and during the trip, according to existing needs
• Address any operational issue or last-minute changes efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date the agenda of travel arrangements and transactions
• Contact with travel agencies in order to collect invoices and prepare the monthly expense report
• Ensure all travel activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements and health & safety standards

Job qualifications and requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, a corporate travel management or administrative position constitutes an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent command of MS-Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory
• Working knowledge of SAP and online booking platforms will be considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
