Job responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and motivate the Gym Instructors and wellness team, ensuring exceptional service standards, professional conduct, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the fitness center and wellness facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, fully equipped, and operating according to resort standards.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring personalized wellness experiences.
  • Conduct private personal training sessions and lead group fitness classes including and other wellness activities as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule the weekly fitness and wellness activities and special wellness events.
  • Assist in preparing staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage for all wellness services.
  • Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and safe for guest use. Report maintenance requirements promptly and follow up until completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Monitor wellness supplies, retail products, towels, and equipment, reporting stock requirements and assisting with inventory management.
  • Work closely with the Spa team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services.
  • Support the onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of the wellness team, promoting best practices and luxury hospitality standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, guest feedback summaries, activity participation reports, and other documentation as requested by management.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Job requirements:

  • Certified Personal Trainer.
  • Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, wellness center, spa, or fitness club is highly preferred.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end fitness environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of fitness programming, anatomy, injury prevention, and wellness principles.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate daily wellness operations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Experience leading outdoor wellness activities such as hiking, meditation, or fitness experiences is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage basic administrative tasks.
