The role: To Support the Food & Beverage Manager in all aspects of managing the team.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and fielding queries.
• Overseeing the operation of office equipment
• Responsible for implementing and managing the organization’s administrative systems.
• Be the first point of reference for administrator / coordinator for workload distribution, performance appraisals and task delegation.
• Operate as principal contact for Quality department within the team.
• Operate as principal contact for the L&D department within the team.
• Assist to monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets so that managers can take corrective actions as necessary.
• Controlling all forms used in the department according standards
• Prepares training and induction plan for new management joiner to ensure smooth entry within the department.
• Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Knowledge of a third language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, etc.) will be valued accordingly
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and of at least one PMS software (ie. Protel, Fidelio, etc.) and P.O.S. system
• Minimum 2-3years’ experience in administrative positions
• Good understanding of the operations of the other departments
• Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure and to come up with rational decisions when faced with challenging circumstances
• Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and with a strong customer-focused approach
