German Customer Care Representative

LMW S.A. is searching for German fluent speakers to fulfill vacancies of Customer Service Support in Athens on behalf of a leading company in personalized support services.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inquiries through inbound calls, email and chatting
• Ensure great customer satisfaction with minimum customer inconvenience
• Data inputting to the information management system.

• Fluent speaker in German
• Great PC skills
• Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
