- Guest Arrival & Experience: Orchestrate seamless check-ins and warm welcomes, ensuring guests feel valued from their first moment

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in any Room Division position, preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French)
- Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills
