Guest Arrival & Experience: Orchestrate seamless check-ins and warm welcomes, ensuring guests feel valued from their first moment
Personalized Service: Provide personalized recommendations and world-class service throughout the guest journey
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests as the heart of the role, handling inquiries and requests to create magical experiences
Coordination: Communicate guest preferences and needs across departments to ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay
Service Standards: Uphold the highest standards of service, contributing to holiday experiences that become lifelong memories

Proven experience in any Room Division position, preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Fluency in English
Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French)
Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills
