Are you a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative and a motivated self-starter with a passion for energy sales?

The responsibilities of the B2B Sales Representative position are the following:

  • Present, promote and sell company's products, services and special offers to prospective and existing customers.
  • Implement sales strategy through direct channels for the Small Medium Enterprises Business Customers segments.
  • Cross and upsell products and services.
  • Prepare sales contracts and monitor the contract procedure.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. 
  • Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

You should have the following qualifications for the B2B Sales Representative role:

  • A bachelor degree in Business or Social sciences will be considered an asset
  • Responsibility and consistency.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Team spirit and positive mental attitude.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • At least 2 years experience as a B2B sales representative.
