Job Title: Ikos Brand Marketing Operations
Level: Brand Team

We are looking for a talented marketing assistant to work in a fast paced dynamic marketing team, on the field of guest experience (the hotels) as the marketing representative & support to the operational day to day marketing needs.

Responsibilities
• Acting as a central reference (focal) point of the marketing team within the hotel operation, organizing requests and marketing works on a day to day basis.
• Briefing and de-briefing according to operational needs all marketing tasks and executions
• Planning traffic of marketing works (contribution to annual and quarterly planning) – action planning of quarterly tasks, day to day management
• Liaising with external (approved) partners for marketing executions
• Facilitating PR and fam visits – representing the brand – organizing the experience (with ops and marketing liaison) (providing ideas for the experience flow / itinerary)
• Content development support of services (sports, activities, events, beach life, etc) by gathering data and product descriptions, information to be processed through the marketing team
• Supporting the production of content (photos – videos) liaising with ops and the marketing team
• The production assistant (operations) to the creative director for photoshooting and video production (operational preparation and on field support)
• The content creator for live moments of the resort assisted by a videographer and photo creator, managing the content outcome and processing it to the digital manager and marketing team for exploitation
• Supporting by gathering the product / service descriptions and content and transforming it into marketing content (modules) in cooperation with central brand team executive and approved external agencies
• Brand consistency of in-resort communication  proactive management and reactive corrections and solutions
• App updates – what’s on management – reporting  liaising with marketing team
• Providing Marketing input to operational management of community (forums, replies, etc)  to be discussed (in close cooperation with ops and the marketing copywriting and perspective)
• Project manager of all operational / in-resort collaterals annually (opening and post opening support)
• Liaising and networking with a range of colleagues, with internal departments such as sales and hotels operations within the responsibility area
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials with the hotels’ Ops – monitoring and reporting on brand protection issues
• Support, organising and attending special BTL events
• To support corporate social responsibility projects and company’s environmental programmes, local community project support

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be successful in this role you will have/be:
• BSc degree in marketing or a related field (a master’s degree will be considered an advantage)
• Experience as a marketing assistant, executive, brand assistant, or advertising account executive (experience in the hospitality industry will be considered a plus)
• Management and organisational skills
• Verbal / written skills and ability to generate meaningful presentations
• Excellent command in English
