Responsibilities
- Manage schedule, appointments, and daily communications
- Coordinate patient’s requests and administrative tasks
- Support medical conferences, submissions, and travel logistics
- Handle correspondence, CRM updates, and reporting
- Assist with presentations and professional image management Requirements
- Prepare transcriptions, presentations, and documentation when required
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Excellent command in English (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical administration, patient coordination, or executive support will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
