Service Manager Eagles Villas
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary
The Service Manager will have to oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations of Eagles Villas within budget and according to company’s standards. All Food & Beverage departments shall be operated in an efficient way with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate front of the house and back of the house operations, handle operational problems effectively while suggesting preventive measures
- Monitor costs and recommend measures to control them when needed
- Train, motivate and mentor all food and beverage employees to ensure quality service is received by all guests at all times; be always present in departments during operational hours
- Assist in recruitment, identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
- Supervise that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports for management information and improve the profitability of all food and beverage outlets of Eagles Villas
