Job Purpose:
The Troubleshooter provides technical support to service centers, assisting with the resolution of complex technical issues and ensuring the effective training of technical personnel. The role also involves monitoring product quality, participating in training seminars, and liaising with the manufacturer to address technical inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting service centers to provide support in resolving difficult technical issues and training technical staff.
- Technical support to service centers via the manufacturer's electronic communication line (Hotline).
- Monitoring product quality.
- Participating in training seminars organized by the importer.
- Submitting technical inquiries to the manufacturer.
- Translating technical updates.
