Περιγραφή

ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client, a global leader in the Ice-Cold Merchandisers (ICM) market, is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain & Client Support Administrator at their Athens’ Headquarters.

Workplace Location: Kifissia, Athens
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 (30-minute break)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers through monitoring open orders and follow-up on their execution
  • Process customer complaints and offer solutions. Communicate client complaints to the team
  • Monitor the status of sales order (back order, accuracy of on time deliveries etc.) and check stock availability
  • Follow deliveries and send information with regards to delivery such as delivery documents (delivery notes, proof of delivery, courier tracking, delivery dimensions) in accordance with the information provided by logistics team
  • Manage spare parts returns by engaging relevant individuals and tracking the correct record of transactions in ERP. Process the invoices received from 3PL for archiving and transmission to accountancy
  • Perform the daily reconciliation process between ERP and 3PL stocks. Find the cause of possible differences and, together with 3PL, solve them. Forward to the 3PL representatives the results of the daily reconciliation
  • Create documents for inventory shortages and issue monthly inventory reports for the management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:
  • University degree (degree on Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Design will be highly appreciated)
  • Working experience in a similar field (order management or supply chain) will be highly appreciated
  • Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Excel, ERP)
  • Excellent use of English language
  • Excellent communication skills & customer-focused
  • Analytical and numerical mindset
  • Accountability and self-motivation
