Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, generating financial reports, performing cost analyses and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to monthly and year-end IFRS financial reporting
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports comparing actuals vs. budget
• Supporting daily reporting needs of the CFO and senior management
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Preparing and updating and maintaining accurate business plans and budgets

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance (or MSc)
• 3-4 years experience in Financial analysis or controlling
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and trends
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and IFRS
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong data analytic capabilities (eg POWER BI) and familiarity with ERP systems, will be considered a plus
• Progress toward CFA, ACCA, or other relevant certifications is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
