is seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Sales Manager 

to join our team on a 12-month contract.

As a Hotel Sales Manager at Cove Paros, you focusing on expanding our market share within the British and American markets. Your primary role will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth for the hotel.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the British and American markets, aligning with the hotel’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the travel and tourism industry, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the target markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent Cove Paros at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, promoting our brand and expanding our network.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with the hotel’s policies and revenue goals.

Παροχές

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on the British and American markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
